Public Offer
Updated: June 16, 2026
The Georgian version of this document is the legally binding one.
This Public Offer is the Operator’s proposal to shops to use the Detalebi service. By registering a shop and using the service, the offer is deemed accepted and a binding agreement is formed between the parties without a separate signature.
1. Subject of the offer
The Operator provides shops with an online service for managing and listing auto parts: inventory management, item publishing, a shop page, sales and analytics tools, and team management.
2. Parties
The parties are: the Operator (currently a private individual) and the shop (a legal entity, sole entrepreneur or individual) that registers on the platform.
3. Service fee
The service is currently free for shops during the testing/launch period. The duration of this period is set by the Operator, who may extend it at their discretion.
The Operator reserves the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Before any paid service takes effect, the shop will be notified in advance (a reasonable period, at least 14 days). If the shop does not agree to the new terms, it may stop using the service; no payment obligation arises without prior consent.
4. Operator obligations
The Operator provides access to the service on an "as is" basis and makes reasonable efforts to keep it operational. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may technically update or change the service.
5. Shop obligations
The shop must provide accurate data, list only lawful goods it is authorised to sell, and independently carry out sales, payment, delivery and warranty service with buyers.
6. Term and termination
The agreement is indefinite and remains in force until terminated. The shop may stop using the service at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate the service for breach of this offer or the Terms, and (once a paid plan is in effect) for non-payment.
7. Liability
The Operator is an intermediary platform and is not liable for the shop’s sales, the quality of goods, or disputes with buyers. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
The Operator may amend this offer. The updated version is published on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing law
This offer is governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia.
