1. General

Detalebi is an online auto-parts platform connecting shops and buyers. The platform is currently operated by a private individual (the "Operator").

By using the platform you confirm that you are of legal age and capacity, or that you act on behalf of a duly authorised legal entity.

2. Nature of the platform — intermediary

Detalebi is an information and intermediary platform (a catalogue). The Operator does not itself sell auto parts. Any sale takes place directly between the buyer and the shop.

The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by shops, nor for the quality, price, availability, delivery, warranty or any dispute arising between the parties.

3. User accounts

Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

When using the platform, the following is prohibited:

• posting illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods;
• publishing false, misleading or rights-infringing information;
• bypassing platform security, automated data scraping, or disrupting the service;
• infringing intellectual property or third-party rights.

5. Shop obligations

A shop is responsible for the accuracy, legality and right to sell the goods it lists. The shop independently handles sales, payment, delivery, warranty and returns.

6. Intellectual property

The platform design, logo, code and content belong to the Operator. Material uploaded by a shop remains the shop’s property, but the shop grants the Operator the right to display that material on the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for damages arising from a transaction between a buyer and a shop.

8. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes an updated version will be published. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation shall be resolved by the courts of Georgia.
